Nelson's PLT Series non-metallic connection kits are Factory Mutual, Underwriters Laboratory, and Canadian Standards Association approved for use in ordinary and Division 2 hazardous areas when used with approved Nelson heating cables. PLT Series connection kits are approved for use with all Nelson CLT, LT, HLT, and NC Series field-fabricated heating cables. Enclosures supplied in PLT Series connection kits are rated NEMA 4X.

The HEL100 Lighted End of Circuit Termination Kit is designed for terminating one heater cable with a non-directional lens assembly and long life LED output. Kits are used to connect and terminate Nelson self-regulating heater cable series CLT, LT, HLT, and XLT. ​
